About SIMPLY WILD Mushroom Extracts

Here at Ancient Way Naturals we take things pretty seriously. We recognize that many of the wonderful people which we have the pleasure of calling our customers have sought us out for one reason above others: Personal Health. Often because they need to regain their health. You trust us with your wellbeing, you depend on the effectiveness of our products, and we are honored by that responsibility.

 

We want to offer our sincere apology for the times during the previous years when we were unable to consistently supply enough medicinal mushroom extracts and teas for everyone. Although we strive to provide for your needs, we sometimes simply could not keep pace with the growing demand. 

Ancient Way Naturals wants Simply Wild medicinal mushroom extracts to be available whenever you need them, because everyone deserves to be healthy.  Accordingly, two years ago we decided to temporarily halt online sales during the time required for expanding our operations, in order to provide sufficient quantities of these phenomenal tinctures to all of our customers. 

It was a formidable set of diverse projects. We doubled the size of our primary workshop, constructed a walk-in dehydrator with 12 times more capacity, improved the ultrasonic generators and regulation units used during extraction, 

expanded our sterile culture lab and renovated our evaporation equipment. Our growth capacity for liquid nutrient mycelium culture has ‘mushroomed’ in size, (I know, bad pun, but we’re mushroom people). We even built this new website.

 

Ancient Way Naturals also gained wild harvesting access to an additional 360,000 acres of north Maine forests in order to facilitate our greatly increased wild harvesting activities. 

 

After many months of focused labors and practically inexhaustible energy from everyone, we have recently completed our upgrades and expansions.  

The new workshop has generated its first batch of Simply Wild Mushroom Extracts and we are once again offering our ultra-concentrated mushroom complex tinctures!

We never rush the creation of our Simply Wild mushroom tinctures.

We employ a repeating draw extraction process using 200 proof alcohol and pure Maine spring water, regulated to the optimum extraction temperatures Low frequency, intermittent ultra-sonic generators are utilized during both alcohol and water extraction to release the full spectrum of available beneficial compounds. The extraction liquid is allowed to absorb, then we remove the mushroom material, replace it with fresh material, and begin soaking again. We repeat the process three times, always using the same extraction water or alcohol and replacing the spent material with new fresh mushrooms and mycelium. 

The extract resulting from our triple draw method is literally filled to saturation point with every beneficial compound available. 

Simply Wild extracts contain a superabundant profusion of beneficial compounds in forms which are fully bioavailable to your body. 

 

Attaining this caliber of results requires using wild harvested mushrooms of utmost quality, grain-less liquid cultured pure mycelium, repeated extractions performed at appropriate temperatures into pure spring water and 200 proof alcohol. Ultrasonic regulation must be precise. Every step must be performed by an extensively experienced, attentive professional. The extraction methodology and techniques must be the most effective, and knowledge kept current. 

But all of that would only result in medicinal mushroom extracts that were amazing. Amazing isn’t good enough, we demand phenomenal, so we take that amazing mushroom extract liquid, (which already contains the greatest concentration of beneficial compounds compared to ALL other mushroom extracts we could find) and we further concentrate that power using controlled slow evaporation.

We are currently accepting pre-orders for the next decanting scheduled for 4/25/2025. We must request a soft limit of 3 per customer due to the high demand.
